The total number of global Covid-19 cases surged to 448 million, as of Tuesday, according to the Johns Hopkins University.
The University, in its latest update, revealed that the current global death toll reached about 6 million, according to Agence France-Presse.
The United States accounted for the world’s highest number of cases and fatalities followed by Brazil.
