Gulf stakeholders to gather in Amman next week

The Jordan Chamber of Commerce (JCC) will bring together 120 stakeholders and investors from the Arab Gulf countries in Amman, to partake in the third edition of the Gulf-Jordanian Communication Forum kicking off on September 27.

The forum, themed “New aspects for economic and investment cooperation,” is a new step in the path of advancing investment and trade ties with the Gulf Cooperation Council’s countries, JCC President Nael Kabariti said on Monday.

He added that an investment partnership with Gulf countries will be established in the next phase through initiating projects of added value to the national economy in many promising sectors, especially job-generative ones, in addition to discussions over economic collaborations and investment opportunities available in the Kingdom and Gulf countries.

The forum will include a presentation of feasibility studies for entrepreneurs’ projects, in addition to other investments in promising sectors such as transportation, logistics, tourism, medical tourism, finance, banking, information technology, food security, and agricultural manufacturing, Kabariti stated.
