Lower House affirmed its “firm” support, under His Majesty King Abdullah II’s leadership, to Iraq to restore stability and direct efforts to the country’s development and construction.
The House followed developments and their repercussions in Iraq and recalls its “great, pioneering” role in stances to support Arab causes, looking forward to seeing Iraq to continue its action this regard, its statement released Wednesday said.
The House also expressed confidence the difficulties Iraq has been battling for more than three decades will be overcome.
In addition, the House hopes wisdom and Iraq’s interest will prevail, adding that political crisis will be addressed by dialogue in a way that achieves Iraqis’ security and stability, the statement noted.
