Housing Minister follows up on utilities projects in new cities in Upper Egypt

Housing Minister Sherif Sherbiny followed up on the mechanism of potable water and sanitation and the executive situation of the utilities projects in a number of the new cities in Upper Egypt, including New Akhmim, New Beni Suef and New Sohag. Sherbiny gave directives to upgrade the system of water and sanitation in the new cities, especially in Upper Egypt, and overcome any obstacles facing it in addition to achieving the maximum benefit from treated sanitation water and pushing forward the work in the projects of industrial and residential lands to increase the investment opportunities and upgrade the level of services in these cities to be attractive for citizens.
