Minister: State focuses on polyester production to back national industry, cut imports

Minister of Public Business Sector Mohamed Shimi said great attention has been paid to polyester production under the state's strategy to support the national industry, cut imports and increase exports. The minister made his remarks on Saturday 10/8/2024 during a tour in a polyester company affiliated to the Cotton and Textile Industries Holding Co. in Kafr el Dawwar in Behaira governorate. The Ministry of Public Business Sector said in a statement that the tour is part of visits paid by the minister to follow up on production progress and different projects carried out nationwide.
