Israel Continues Airstrikes in Southern Lebanon and Bekaa Causing Multiple Casualties.

BEIRUT: Israeli warplanes have been conducting air raids on Lebanese villages and towns in the south and the Bekaa Valley since Sunday morning, resulting in dozens of fatalities and injuries. According to Jordan News Agency, a Lebanese source reported that the Israeli military targeted key infrastructure, including the destruction of the Wazzani water pumping station located at the Wazzani spring. Additionally, water collection tanks near a Lebanese army checkpoint in the Wazzani plain in southern Lebanon were also demolished. The source further mentioned that the Israeli air raids extended to several towns, namely Burj Rahal, Abbasiyeh, Bissariyeh, Marwaniyeh, Kharayeb, and Qaqiyet al-Sanoubar. The airstrikes on the Bekaa towns specifically resulted in the deaths of nine individuals and left approximately eighteen others injured.
