Israeli Air Strike in Lebanon Claims 20 Lives, Including Three Children.

Beirut: Twenty Lebanese citizens, among them three children, lost their lives in an Israeli air strike in the Jbeil district north of Beirut. The tragic incident occurred on Sunday when Israeli aircraft targeted a residential house in the village of Almat, where individuals displaced by the ongoing conflict had taken refuge. According to Jordan News Agency, the attack resulted in 20 fatalities and left six others injured. The air raid is part of a series of strikes that have also affected multiple locations across Lebanon. These areas include Al-Wazzani, Sir al-Gharbiyeh, Adloun, the Al-Ayoun neighborhood of Jdeidet Marjeyoun, and the Arnoun-Kfar Tibnit road in South Lebanon. Additionally, the area of Al-Sa'ida, located west of Baalbek, was also targeted. The Lebanese security source emphasized the grievous impact of these strikes on civilians, heightening the urgency for a resolution to the ongoing conflict.
