Beirut: Three individuals were killed in Israeli airstrikes targeting southern Lebanon on Saturday. Two fatalities occurred in Deir Zahrani, located in the Nabatieh district, while a third person was killed in the town of Ma'raka in the Tyre district. According to Jordan News Agency, Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes across several southern Lebanese regions. The Nabatieh district witnessed artillery shelling in multiple locations. In addition, Israeli forces demolished homes and government buildings in Bint Jbeil, a strategic town in southern Lebanon. The Israeli army has reportedly been advancing along the Arnoun-Zafata and Al-Ma'bar axes in the Nabatieh district. A number of military vehicles have reached the town of Kfar Tebnit, pushing towards Ali Taher Hill under the cover of heavy artillery fire.
