Israeli Drone Strike Kills Lebanese Man in Qalawyah Village

Amman: A Lebanese man was killed on Saturday when an Israeli drone struck his vehicle in Qalawyah village near Tyre in southern Lebanon, a Lebanese security source said. The strike marks a continuation of rising tensions in the region, as escalating violence has resulted in multiple casualties over recent days.

According to Jordan News Agency, the drone attack also targeted an uninhabited house in the town of Aita al-Shaab, located in the Bint Jbeil district. The bombing partially destroyed the building and caused material damage to the surrounding area, though no casualties were reported in this particular incident.

Earlier in the day, Israeli airstrikes had already intensified the situation in southern Lebanon. Two Lebanese individuals were killed, and four others were injured in a series of strikes, contributing to the growing unrest and humanitarian concerns in the region.
