JAF Evacuates Two Ill Children from Gaza for Medical Treatment

Amman: On Thursday, the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) continued their humanitarian efforts by medically evacuating two children from the Gaza Strip, accompanied by five family members. This operation is part of the "Jordanian Medical Corridor" initiative aimed at providing urgent medical care to Palestinians.

According to Jordan News Agency, the evacuation was conducted in collaboration with the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health. The patients and their companions were transported via the King Hussein Bridge before being admitted to specific hospitals for necessary medical treatments.

To date, 41 children and 81 family members have been successfully evacuated to the Kingdom through both air and land transfers. Of these, 17 children and their families have returned to Gaza after receiving medical treatment in Jordanian facilities.
