JHCO Launches 2026 Ramadan Aid Campaign for Jordan and Gaza

Amman: Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) launched its annual "Ramadan with Goodness is Different" campaign for 2026. The move is part of the JHCO's ongoing humanitarian mission to implement values of solidarity and mutual support during the holy month of Ramadan.

According to Jordan News Agency, this year's campaign is implemented under two parallel tracks: one within the Kingdom and the other aimed at supporting the Gaza Strip. In Jordan, the campaign focuses on providing food parcels to underprivileged and refugee families across various governorates to ease their living burdens and ensure food aid reaches the most vulnerable groups during Ramadan. This is achieved through organized distribution mechanisms that guarantee fairness and human dignity.

In the Gaza Strip, the initiative aims to intensify the humanitarian response during Ramadan by distributing food parcels and providing tents, clothing, water, and hot meals. These efforts are designed to meet the basic needs of affected families, given the strip's challenging humanitarian conditions.

In a statement, JHCO Secretary-General Dr. Hussein Shebli highlighted the campaign as a key seasonal program with a direct impact on thousands of families. He emphasized the importance of social solidarity in humanitarian work and described Ramadan as a crucial opportunity to reinforce social responsibility values.

Dr. Shebli encouraged local community members and institutions to continue supporting these humanitarian efforts. He stated that JHCO operates using a structured institutional approach to implement its seasonal programs, ensuring donations reach beneficiaries with the highest levels of transparency and efficiency, reflecting Jordan's leading role in humanitarian work.

The JHCO also announced it continues to accept donations through various channels, including the organization's official website, the "CliQ" service, and other official means, facilitating easy and flexible contributions to the campaign. The 2026 campaign aims to continue its humanitarian approach by transforming the values of Ramadan into tangible support for needy households, strengthening their resilience in both Jordan and Gaza.
