Irbid: Irbid Chamber of Industry Chairman, Hani Abu Hassan, and Qais Al-Mejri, Director General of the Tunisian Industrial Real Estate Agency, held discussions on enhancing collaboration in industry and investment.

According to Jordan News Agency, Abu Hassan enlightened the Tunisian delegation about the investment landscape in Irbid, emphasizing Al-Hassan Industrial City as a significant hub, with over 90 percent of the governorate's industrial exports originating there. He highlighted potential sectors for joint ventures, though he noted that current investment levels between Jordan and Tunisia remain limited.

Abu Hassan advocated for reciprocal visits to identify further opportunities, emphasizing Jordan's advantageous position that supports local products in reaching international markets. Jordan Industrial Estates Company Deputy Director, Oday Obeidat, commented on the Tunisian visit, which underscores the sustained collaboration in areas such as planning, promotion, capacity building, and legislative development within industrial cities.

During their visit, the Tunisian team toured Al-Hassan Industrial City, where Director Hani Diabat provided insights into investment procedures and services. The delegation also visited Al Durra International For Food Products and Pella Pharmaceutical Co. to understand their operational experiences.
