Amman: The Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) recently executed a collaborative airdrop mission aimed at delivering essential food and humanitarian aid to Gaza. The operation was carried out with the assistance of seven aircraft, including planes from several international partners.
According to Jordan News Agency, the airdrop operation involved two aircraft from the Royal Jordanian Air Force and one plane each from Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Belgium, the Netherlands, and France. The combined efforts of these nations resulted in the delivery of 67 tonnes of aid.
Since the resumption of airdrop operations on July 27, the JAF has been actively involved in providing humanitarian assistance. To date, they have conducted 146 airdrops independently and an additional 308 in collaboration with international allies, successfully delivering a total of 507 tonnes of aid to those in need.
