Jordan Cooperative Corporation Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Amman: Jordan Cooperative Corporation (JCC) has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification from JASANZ following a comprehensive audit conducted by IQC (Integrated Quality Certification Private Limited), a leading local firm specializing in inspection, external auditing, verification, and conformity assessment.

According to Jordan News Agency, the certification encompasses a range of JCC services, including procedures for registering and establishing cooperatives and cooperative unions, budget endorsement, requests to amend internal regulations, assessment of financial and administrative status, training requests, and applications for clearance certificates.

ISO 9001:2015 quality management system focuses on service recipients by streamlining service delivery by understanding their requirements and adopting standardized, efficient, and user-friendly procedures, along with providing mechanisms to address feedback and complaints.

In remarks to "Petra" on Tuesday, JCC Director General Abdul Fattah Shalabi stated that the certification marks an achievement in enhancing the quality of services provided to the Kingdom's cooperative sector, members of the cooperative movement, and the wider community.

The milestone, he noted, reflects JCC's commitment to delivering the best possible services to beneficiaries, in parallel with ongoing digital transformation and service automation, commending the dedicated efforts of JCC staff in securing the ISO certification.

Shalabi also expressed appreciation for JCC's employees for their efforts to meet beneficiaries' needs efficiently and collaboratively, aiming to improve service quality and ensuring its safety and sustainability for service recipients and cooperative members.
