Amman: Children's Museum Jordan announced the launch of the 10th edition of the Jordan Festival for Science and Arts, set to take place at its location in Al-Hussein Public Parks, starting next Saturday.
According to Jordan News Agency, the festival, which will run through the following Monday, targets children aged 4 to 12 and features over 40 interactive, hands-on activities and workshops for personal exploration. In its previous edition, the festival attracted over 7,000 visitors, underscoring its significance as a major educational event eagerly awaited by children and families across Jordan.
The event aims to rekindle children's enthusiasm for learning as they prepare for the upcoming school year, encouraging them to return with renewed passion and a desire to learn. The museum offers a variety of stations focused on art, science, and technology, including experiments in robotics and programming, as well as demonstrations of hologram and virtual reality technologies.
Activities are presented by the Mind Lab and Robotna teams, with live science shows on the outdoor stage that introduce science to children in an engaging and humorous manner. Additionally, the museum hosts a range of artistic and literary performances in collaboration with local artists and institutions.
Families are invited to partake in activities that celebrate children's curiosity and imagination, providing an opportunity to learn in a way that is both surprising and enriching.
