Jordan Post Launches Commemorative Issue for Prophet’s Birthday

Amman: Jordan Post Company on Sunday announced the release of a 2026 commemorative postcard marking the anniversary of the birth of Prophet Mohammad. According to Jordan News Agency, the company said the special issue celebrates the religious significance of the occasion and the values of mercy and guidance associated with the Prophet's message and the emergence of Islam. The release also forms part of Jordan Post's efforts to document major religious occasions through its commemorative postal issues. The 2026 edition consists of a commemorative postcard valued at JD1.40. The postcard will be available to collectors and members of the public starting Monday morning at the Stamp Department at Jordan Post's headquarters in Muqabalain, next to the Jordan Radio and Television Corporation building.
