The Ministry of Health announced 84 Covid-19 new cases were recorded in the Kingdom over the 18th epidemiological week of 2022, with zero fatalities, bringing the caseload to 1,696, 054 and death toll to 14,066.

To date, there are currently 54 active Covid-19 cases countrywide, according to the media statement issued by the Ministry of Health on Sunday.

The statement added that the number of patients who were admitted to hospitals stood at 7, while 12 cases have recovered and discharged.

According to the roundup, the total number of recoveries recorded over the 18th week, which runs from April 30 to May 6, whether at hospitals or at home, stood at 152, bringing the total to 1,681, 934 since the outbreak began.
