Ankara: Turkish modular construction company Karmod has supplied prefabricated panel cabins for use as offices by rental car companies at Ankara High-Speed Train Station, the company said Tuesday. Five rental car firms now operate from Karmod's ready-to-use cabins within a designated area at the station.

According to Anadolu Agency, Karmod's mobile unit cabins can be installed in both closed and open parking lots at train stations and airports and can be put into service on the same day, as stated by Karmod Kabin Sales Manager Enes Kizilbay. He highlighted that these cabins allow for the quick addition of new service offices without requiring new construction. Their design integrates into train stations and airports, resembling urban furniture.

Kizilbay mentioned that the company had previously provided office cabins for rental car companies at Cukurova International Airport in southern Trkiye's Mersin province. In the Ankara project, Karmod delivered seven cabins, each measuring 240 by 400 centimeters, to rental companies operating in the indoor parking area of the Ankara High-Speed Train Station. These firms can now offer practical car rental services to passengers arriving by high-speed train.
