King Abdullah II and Polish President Discuss Regional Stability at Al Husseiniya Palace.

Amman: His Majesty King Abdullah II and Polish President Andrzej Duda convened at Al Husseiniya Palace for significant discussions on bilateral relations and regional developments. The talks, held on Tuesday, marked the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Jordan and Poland. His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II also attended the sessions, which included both bilateral and expanded discussions. According to Jordan News Agency, King Abdullah II emphasized the importance of President Duda's visit as a testament to the strong and distinguished relations between Jordan and Poland across several sectors. His Majesty expressed a keen interest in further deepening coordination and cooperation on mutual concerns. President Duda expressed his pleasure at visiting Jordan and underscored the significant role King Abdullah II plays in establishing stability in the Middle East. He highlighted the importance of the visit in recognizing Poland and Jordan's cooperation in military collabora tion, international coordination, and support on Middle Eastern matters. During their discussions, King Abdullah II reiterated his commitment to enhancing cooperation with Poland and strengthening the partnership with the European Union. He praised Poland's support for the two-state solution and expressed concern over escalating tensions in the West Bank and violations in Jerusalem. The King called for increased international efforts to address the Israeli conflicts in Gaza and Lebanon and urged the global community to support humanitarian aid to Gaza. In recognition of their efforts to enhance bilateral ties, King Abdullah II awarded President Duda the Order of the Bejewelled Grand Cordon of Al Nahda. In return, President Duda presented the Order of the White Eagle, Poland's highest order of merit, to King Abdullah II. The official welcoming ceremony for President Duda included several notable attendees, such as Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Sami Smeirat, and General Intelligence Department Director Maj. Gen. Ahmad Husni.
