Amman: His Majesty King Abdullah II on Monday departed for a working visit to Italy, which will be followed by a working visit to France. His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II was sworn in as Regent, in the presence of Cabinet members.
According to Jordan News Agency, King Abdullah’s visits aim to strengthen diplomatic ties and explore opportunities for collaboration between Jordan and these European nations. The engagements in both Italy and France are expected to include discussions on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
