Hanoi: His Majesty King Abdullah II met with Chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam Tr?n Thanh M?n in Hanoi on Wednesday. The meeting highlighted the enduring friendship between Jordan and Vietnam, with discussions focusing on enhancing parliamentary cooperation and addressing recent developments in the Middle East, particularly the situation in Gaza and the West Bank.
According to Jordan News Agency, King Abdullah II praised Vietnam's supportive stance on the two-state solution, viewing it as the sole pathway to achieving a just and comprehensive peace in the region. The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply Yarub Qudah, and Jordan's non-resident Ambassador to Vietnam Saed Radaideh.
