Environment Minister, Nabil Masarweh, discussed on Thursday, with Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Jordan, Lee Jae-wan, aspects of joint environmental cooperation.
Discussions also went over arrangements underway pertaining to 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26), which will be held next November in Glasgow, United Kingdom, according to an Environment Ministry statement.
Speaking during the meeting, Masarweh reviewed Jordan’s achievements in facing climate change, pointing to the Kingdom’s interest in raising level of environmental work in all fields.
