Maysan Police and Operations Commanders Discuss Security Preparations for Arbaeen visit at Al-Sheeb Border Crossing

The Commander of Maysan Police, Major General "Lafta Al-Muhammadawi", accompanied by the Commander of Maysan Operations, Major General "Sabah Al-Azzawi", visited Al-Sheeb border crossing in Maysan Governorate. The two sides discussed the security preparations for the Arbaeen visit, in addition to reviewing the main entrances to the crossing and the roads taken by foreign visitors passing through the governorate until the end of its administrative borders, and drawing up a strategic plan to facilitate the performance of the visit rituals for those walking on foot as well as the vehicles carrying visitors. They stressed the need for cooperation and taking precautions from all aspects, especially security, and providing the best services to visitors coming to Iraq. Source: National Iraqi News Agency
