QRAEE concludes project to enhance public school environment

Amman: Association of Queen Rania Al Abdullah Award for Excellence in Education (QRAEE) on Sunday concluded activities of "My Most Beautiful Environment" project for the 2023-2824 edition, with the participation of more than 1,900 public schools from all the Kingdom's governorates. According to a QRAEE statement, its Executive Director, Lubna Touqan, expressed pride in all the project's workers, which made "distinguished" achievement rates for the participating schools for 2024 cycle, marking an increase of 30%, compared to last year's edition that represents approximately 50% of the Kingdom's public schools. Aimed to upgrade the Kingdom's schools, Touqan said the project primarily targets partnership of all schools' educational components, especially the student, to outreach to Jordan's institutions and local community by engaging beneficiaries in initiatives to support the school environment to achieve the project's vision. Touqan also called on all government schools to take the initiative to take part in the project for the 2024-2025 academic year to contribute to improve the Kingdom's school educational and learning environment. Additionally, she noted the project's main goal is to create a "clean, healthy, organized, beautiful, and stimulating" educational environment for excellence and creativity. Touqan added that this vision is reflected in stimulating "positive" behavior among students and stakeholders towards the school and providing a "supportive" learning environment that nurtures excellence.
