Ministry Calls for Bids to Acquire Up to 120,000 Tons of Barley

Amman: The Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply has unveiled an international tender aimed at procuring between 100,000 to 120,000 tons of barley. This initiative is a strategic move to bolster the nation's grain reserves.

According to Jordan News Agency, interested parties are invited to obtain the tender documents starting Thursday. These documents can be acquired from the Tender Department for a non-refundable fee of JD650, detailing all terms and specifications necessary for the bidding process.

The ministry has set a deadline for bid submissions at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4. To qualify, bidders must present a valid professional license, a commercial registration certificate issued within the last 30 days from the bid opening date, and evidence of registration with a chamber of commerce.
