Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Tops National Integrity Index

Amman: The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship has secured first place among ministries in the 2024-2025 National Integrity Index, as announced by the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission.

According to Jordan News Agency, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Sami Smeirat stated that leading the national index represents a national achievement that reflects the ministry's commitment to strengthening integrity and transparency across institutional operations. He emphasized that this recognition results from the collective efforts of the ministry's teams, who have worked to embed principles of good governance in every aspect of their performance, from national project planning to developing digital services for citizens.

Smeirat highlighted that this achievement aligns with His Majesty King Abdullah II's directives to entrench a culture of integrity as a fundamental pillar of comprehensive modernization. This aligns with the Economic Modernization Vision and the Public Sector Modernization Roadmap.

The ministry's Secretary-General, Samira Al-Zoubi, expressed pride in the achievement, articulating it as a reflection of an institutional culture grounded in values, responsibility, and national commitment.
