Najaf Governor Youssef Kanawi revealed that more than 12 million visitors from the Arbaeen pilgrims arrived by land and air. Kanawi indicated in a joint press conference with officials of Al-Abbas Shrine and the security, municipal and health departments, that 12 million visitors entered the governorate, including more than 350 thousand visitors arriving and departing through Najaf International Airport, with a reverse transporting of two million and 400 visitors.
