Pakistan Naval Chief Visits Naval Force and Royal Boats Command in Aqaba

Aqaba: Chief of the Naval Staff of the Pakistan Navy, Admiral Naveed Ashraf, visited the Naval Force and Royal Boats Command on Wednesday, where he was received by the forces' commander.

According to Jordan News Agency, during the visit, Admiral Ashraf was briefed on the tasks and responsibilities of the Naval Force and Royal Boats Command within its area of operation, including its role in safeguarding maritime security in the Gulf of Aqaba and protecting Jordan's territorial waters.

The delegation toured the Naval Operations Center and the recently inaugurated Jordanian Remotely Operated Systems Center (JROC), where they were introduced to the force's day and night maritime radar systems and advanced surveillance technologies utilizing artificial intelligence in unmanned naval systems.

Admiral Ashraf commended the Naval Force and Royal Boats Command for its high level of professionalism and technological advancement. At the conclusion of the visit, the admiral signed the guestbook.
