Amman, Speakers of the Senate, Faisal Fayez, and the Lower House of Parliament, Ahmad Safadi, visited Sunday officers who sustained injuries in the security operation in the Husseiniya area in Ma’an Governorate last week.
Fayez and Safadi checked on the health conditions of the injured officers, who are receiving treatment at the Al Hussein Medical City, wishing them a speedy recovery, and expressing their condolences over their martyred colleagues who lost their lives while performing their official duty.
Fayez and Safadi expressed their pride of the heroism of the Jordanian army and security forces in preserving the Kingdom’s security and stability, stressing that Jordan will remain strong, under its Hashemite leadership and the support of the Jordanain people.
Both officials were accompanied by Interior Minister Mazen Faraya and Director General of the Royal Medical Services (RMS) Brig. Gen. Yousef Zureikat.
