PM Receives 2024 Annual Report of Integrity, Anti-Corruption Commission

Amman: Prime Minister Jafer Hassan received a copy of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission's 2024 annual report at the Prime Ministry on Monday. During the presentation of the report by Commission Chair Muhannad Hijazi, Hassan commended the Commission's efforts, highlighting the government's ongoing commitment to strengthening the national integrity system and safeguarding public funds.

According to Jordan News Agency, Hijazi outlined the key highlights of the report, noting a recent decline in the number of complaints and reports submitted to the Commission. He attributed the positive trend to the Commission's proactive preventative measures and increased awareness among public sector employees, which have contributed to a reduction in corruption cases reaching the judiciary.

The meeting was attended by Minister of State for Prime Ministry Affairs Abdullah Adwan and members of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission's board.
