President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree on Wednesday 19/7/2023 pardoning a number of those who were slapped judicial sentences, including Patrik Zaki and Mohamed el Baqer.
This falls within the framework of the president’s constitutional powers and in response to the invitation of the Board of Trustees of the National Dialogue and the political forces.
