Amman: The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Barry Callebaut, represented in Jordan by the Kaylani Food Center, to enhance education and training in the culinary and hospitality sectors.

According to Jordan News Agency, the RACA described the partnership as a "key" step to advance vocational training and innovation in chocolate arts and manufacturing across the region. The collaboration aims to bolster both academic and practical training in the chocolate industry by merging RACA's global culinary education with the expertise of Barry Callebaut, a renowned leader in high-quality chocolate and cocoa products.

The agreement outlines efforts to empower students and develop their academic and professional skills in chocolate-making. This will be achieved through specialized workshops and hands-on training sessions conducted under the guidance of company experts.
