Amman: For the forthcoming academic year 2026, 175 scholarships are available to Jordanian students attending Russian Federation institutions and universities, according to the Russian Cultural Center (Russian House) in Amman.
According to Jordan News Agency, the scholarships cover undergraduate degrees (bachelor's) and postgraduate studies (master's, doctorate), encompassing all scientific, technical, and humanities disciplines at various Russian universities. Center Director Ruben Gazanchian highlighted that the scholarships also cover full tuition fees, including Russian language studies and university housing, for a small fee paid by the student. Each student will receive a small monthly stipend. This scholarship, offered yearly by the Russian House in Amman, is open to all Jordanian students.
Gazanchian explained that interested individuals can select their universities, ensuring they are approved by the Jordanian Ministry of Education, Higher Education, and Scientific Research. Applications will be accepted until January 15 via the website education-in-Russia.com.
He noted that applicants need to provide a copy of their passport and academic credentials. Students still enrolled in school or university should upload their marks from the last six months to their page on the application registration website. After completing the application, students should print, date, and sign the questionnaire, and upload a picture of it to their individual internet account.
Gazanchian emphasized that any student interested in applying can visit the Russian Cultural Center in the Jabal Amman area between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., where the center is prepared to assist.
