Thabat and Regus Launch Two Business Centers in Amman

Amman:Thabat Real Estate Co., in partnership with Regus, has announced the opening of two new business centers in Amman, located in the Sweifieh and Shmeisani areas.

According to Jordan News Agency, the Sweifieh center features 62 offices and 200 workstations, while the Shmeisani center includes 56 offices and 174 workstations. These centers cater to large companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, startups, and entrepreneurs.

The facilities are designed to enable companies to commence operations without significant capital investment in fit-out, furnishing, or facilities management, allowing flexibility for businesses to expand or adjust their space as their needs evolve.

Thabat Chairman Haethum Buttikhi expressed that the openings demonstrate a commitment to supporting entrepreneurship in Jordan and expanding the presence of Thabat and Regus in the local market. He further mentioned plans to open several more Regus centers across the Kingdom to meet increasing demand for flexible, equipped workspaces.

Kinan Jaradat, CEO of Hayyak, a Thabat Group company, noted that commercial real estate is a core component of the company's investment strategy. He emphasized that the new centers enhance the office space and business services available in the Jordanian market.

Kory Thompson, Senior Regional Vice President for the Middle East and Africa at International Workplace Group (IWG), which operates Regus, highlighted Jordan's attractive investment environment and stated that the openings are a response to the growing demand for flexible work models and fully equipped offices.
