Amman: Thabat Real Estate Development and IWG Group have entered into a strategic agreement to establish two new Regus-branded business centers in Amman. The agreement, signed by Thabat Chairperson Haethum Buttikhi and IWG Regional Senior Vice President for the Middle East and Africa, Kory Thompson, outlines that the centers will open in the first and second quarters of the upcoming year.
According to Jordan News Agency, the agreement aims to develop multiple centers in Amman, enhancing the business infrastructure and supporting economic growth. Buttikhi stated that the new Regus centers will serve as innovation hubs and lay the groundwork for expansion into key governorates across Jordan, reinforcing Amman's status as a regional business hub.
Thompson emphasized that the partnership with Thabat is in line with IWG's strategy to expand in the Jordanian market, noting that Amman offers significant opportunities. He mentioned that the new centers will bolster the office sector and demonstrate IWG's commitment to providing top-tier workspaces.
Thabat CEO Chris Orrell remarked that the commercial real estate sector is a core element of the company's investment strategy. He highlighted that the new Regus centers will add substantial value to the business sector and represent a key milestone in Thabat's growth, underscoring the importance of projects that encourage innovation and development in Jordan.
