Gaza: A convoy from Tkiyet Um Ali (TUA) arrived in northern Gaza on Thursday, carrying 20,000 winter jackets and 10,000 blankets to support affected families, especially children, after two months of restricting aid entry into the strip. According to Jordan News Agency, the winter supplies were distributed to the Palestinian enclave's northern and southern regions to meet the needs of the "largest" number of Gazan families. The statement added that the consignment is part of the TUA's continued support for Gaza, as 60,000 food parcels were sent to the strip so far, in parallel with delivering monthly food aid to 20,000 Jordanian households in Jordan's various governorates. Affirming the continuation of the Gaza relief campaign, TUA Director General, Samer Balqar announced a new convoy will be dispatched next week to deliver additional winter supplies to the strip, in cooperation with the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) and partner associations in Gaza.
