TRC Receives 6,698 Complaints During 2024

Amman: The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) received 6,698 complaints related to telecommunications and postal services during the past year, achieving a processing rate of 95%.

According to Jordan News Agency, a total of 4,494 complaints were related to Internet services, while 2,086 others involved mobile phone service. Additionally, 77 grievances were submitted concerning landline subscriptions, and 41 complaints were related to postal services throughout 2024.

The TRC handles and follows up on complaints through several channels, including a toll-free number (117000), accessible from any landline or mobile phone, and a fax number (5690830/06). Complaints can also be submitted via email to Complaints and [email protected].
