UAE Foreign Minister discusses relations with Australian counterpart

Abu Dhabi, HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, held a phone call with Penny Wong, the Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs. The two officials discussed regional developments in the Middle East, particularly in the Gaza Strip. According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), they also reviewed bilateral relations and aspects of cooperation across all sectors, particularly economic, trade, and investment. The deputy prime minister praised the growing relations between the UAE and Australia, their mutual commitment to develop cooperation in various domains and to support the two countries' efforts to achieve sustainable economic development.
