Baku:Zain Group has achieved a leading position in the global telecommunications sector by topping the "Best Employers" list published by Forbes magazine. Over the past year, the group has climbed 74 places to enter the global top 100 list, also securing the second-highest ranking within the Middle East and Africa markets.
According to Jordan News Agency, this achievement reflects Zain Group's commitment to investing in human capital and creating a work environment that promotes innovation, empowerment, and excellence. The company focuses on attracting talent, enhancing capabilities, and providing professional development opportunities.
The ranking was determined through a survey of over 300,000 employees across more than 50 countries. Employers were assessed based on criteria such as benefits, work environment, talent development and training, and the likelihood of employees recommending their workplace to others.
Bader Nasser Al-Kharafi, Vice-Chairman and Group CEO of Zain Group, stated that the company's leadership in the global Telecom sector results from fostering a work environment conducive to innovation, empowerment, and excellence.
