Amman: Zarqa's commercial re-exports fell to JD20.9 million in June, compared with JD31.5 million in May and JD32 million in June 2025, according to certificates of origin issued by the Zarqa Chamber of Commerce (ZCC).
According to Jordan News Agency, a total of 317 certificates of origin were issued during the month. ZCC President Hussein Shreim stated that vehicles and auto parts accounted for the largest share of re-exports. Other products included construction materials, sanitary ware, pharmaceuticals, food products, clothing, jewelry, electrical and electronic devices, furniture, and stationery.
The figures reflect a slowdown in the city's re-export activity on both a monthly and annual basis.
