Zarqa’s Commercial Exports Exceed JD 40 Million in October.

Zarqa: The total value of commercial exports (re-exports) from Zarqa city reached JD 40.42 million in October, as reported by Hussein Shreim, President of the Zarqa Chamber of Commerce. Shreim indicated that vehicles and their accessories constituted the largest segment of Zarqa's monthly exports. Additional significant exports included construction materials, sanitary supplies, pharmaceuticals and their supplies, food products, clothing and jewelry, electrical and electronic devices, and household and office furniture. According to Jordan News Agency, Shreim also noted that the Chamber of Commerce and its office in the Zarqa Free Zone issued a total of 505 certificates of origin, according to chamber statistics.
