A judicial meeting was held in Baghdad, today, Tuesday, to activate memorandums of understanding between Iraq and Iran.
The Supreme Judicial Council said in a statement: “Members of the committee following up the implementation of the memorandum of understanding signed between Iraq and Iran regarding judicial cooperation met with an Iranian judicial delegation.”
He added: "The Iraqi judicial delegation included the head of the Judicial Supervision Authority, Judge Laith Jabr, the judicial supervisor, Judge Razzaq Kateh, the judicial supervisor, Judge Adel Khudair, and Public Prosecutor Latif Hussein, while the Iranian judicial delegation was headed by Gharibabadi, Assistant to the Judicial Authority of the Islamic Republic of Iran for International Affairs and Secretary of the Human Rights Committee."
