Abu Dayyeh Visits QAIA to Check on Upgrades, Passenger Services

Abu dhabi: Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport, Fares Abu Dayyeh, on Sunday held a meeting at Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) with the Airport International Group and a number of relevant entities. During a tour in the airport's facilities, he reviewed current operational procedures, discussed future improvement projects, and checked on the latest upgrades to operate electronic gates and technical systems, which contribute to raising "performance efficiency and enhancing the passenger experience."

According to Jordan News Agency, Abu Dayyeh stated that this visit is part of a framework to periodically monitor the airport's performance and ensure all involved parties are committed to providing "quality services based on the highest standards." He emphasized the importance of these regular reviews to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency.

Looking ahead, Abu Dayyeh highlighted the necessity of enhancing the airport's "readiness and sustaining technical upgrades" to accommodate the increasing growth in travel traffic. His remarks underscored a proactive approach to ensuring that QAIA remains equipped to handle future demands and continues to improve its infrastructure and services for passengers.
