The Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, affirmed that the stand of Al-Ghadeer, Almighty God, completed the rules of the Imamate and the mandate, after he concluded with His Noble Messenger (PBUH) the path of the prophets and messengers.
Al-Sudani said in the celebration held by the Coordination Framework "on the occasion of Eid Al-Ghadeer Al-Aghar:" The stand of Al-Ghadeer was the new beginning of the mandate to carry the legacy of the great Messenger (PBUH) with Ali bin Abi Talib (PBUH).
He added, "Whenever we recall the memory of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, history comes from the edges of his glory," noting that "the evocation of the name of Ali bin Abi Talib and the commemoration of the blessed Ghadir stand are a living and renewed allegiance to the sublime meanings that his name (peace be upon him) and his continuous historical presence mean to us.
"We will not back down or give up on the path towards everything that pleases our people, and we will not be flattered at the expense of their rights," Al-Sudani added.
He said: We are responsible before God and before the people to fulfill the trust in the best way.
He concluded by saying: "The latest and most important theories of governance today, and in all developed countries, start from the people and end with them."
