London: His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, accompanied by Her Royal Highness Princess Rajwa Al Hussein, engaged with representatives of Pearson at London South Bank Technical College. This meeting underscored the enduring collaboration between Jordan's Ministry of Education and Pearson, focusing on the Business and Technology Education Council (BTEC) programme in Jordan.
According to Jordan News Agency, the Crown Prince acknowledged the importance of the BTEC programme, which offers learners practical experiences aimed at enhancing their employment prospects in technical and professional sectors, along with improving teacher qualifications. The Crown Prince also unveiled the National Council for Future Technology's initiative to utilize BTEC specialisations to further educational advancement in Jordan.
Their Royal Highnesses toured the facilities of the London South Bank Technical College, where they observed the teaching and technical training methods in practice. The meeting was attended by Jordan's Ambassador to the UK, Manar Dabbas, and the Director of the Office of the Crown Prince, Zaid Baqain.
