Egypt, Czech Republic probe fostering cooperation in medical tourism field

Deputy Minister of Tourism and Antiquities for Tourism Affairs Ghada Shalaby has discussed with Czech Ambassador in Cairo Ivan Jukl ways to promote cooperation between Egypt and the Czech Republic in the field of medical tourism.

The meeting was held in light of the tourism ministry’s plan to optimize the use of medical tourism expertise in leading foreign countries in this field, including the Czech Republic.

The move comes amid Egypt’s interest in the file of health and medical tourism for their economic importance in increasing the country's foreign exchange reserves.
