Amman: The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) will close 24 bridges starting from 11 PM tonight until tomorrow morning, depending on weather conditions, GAM Spokesperson Nasser Rahamneh told the Jordan News Agency (Petra).

According to Jordan News Agency, Rahamneh stated that the closure is a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of citizens and safeguard their property. The decision to close the bridges is contingent upon the weather conditions, indicating that they will be monitored throughout the night.

The spokesperson emphasized the importance of this action in protecting the public from potential hazards that may arise due to adverse weather. The municipality is focused on minimizing risks and has urged citizens to remain vigilant during this period.
