Amman: Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army (JAF), Major General Yousef Huneiti, welcomed a delegation of ASELSAN Middle East, a leading international defense electronics company, on Monday at the General Command.

According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting was attended by senior JAF officers and the Director General of the Jordan Design and Development Bureau (JDDB). The discussions focused on reviewing prospects to enhance joint cooperation in defense industries, particularly in the areas of military equipment and electronic optics. The goal is to meet the needs of JAF and expand future cooperation.

ASELSAN Middle East, inaugurated by His Majesty King Abdullah II in 2014 at the JDDB, is tasked with designing, developing, testing, and manufacturing military equipment for night, thermal, and daytime surveillance, as well as electronic systems and solutions.
