It seeks to promote the professionalisation of social work and improve social responses to crises. The agreement will include the exchange of expertise and capacity-building for social workers in areas such as early intervention programmes and inclusion of persons with disabilities. The goal is to boos t the participation of persons with disabilities in their communities and enhance the overall quality of social services in both nations. Kilani noted that the MoU reflects the strong ties between Jordan and Libya, particularly in social services for persons with disabilities.
