PM: Egypt keen to cement bilateral coop. with CONFEJES

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli has stressed that Egypt is keen to foster bilateral cooperation between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sport of French-Speaking Countries (CONFEJES).

The Prime Minister made his remarks on Thursday 13/17/2023 when he received CONFEJES Secretary General, Louisette Thobi, and her accompanying delegation in the presence of Youth and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhy and a number of respective officials.

The premier welcomed Thobi and the delegation members, lauding the growing ties between Egypt and the CONFEJES that have contributed to creating positive impacts on the future of youth in French-speaking countries, in general, and Egypt, in particular.

For his part, Sobhy stressed that Egypt has fruitful cooperation with the CONFEJES since 2018 through carrying out youth-linked programs and projects.

Thobi lauded Egypt’s warm reception, extending thanks to Cairo over ongoing support for the CONFEJES to serve youth.
